In our study we tested effect of flame retardants (tetrabromobisphenol A,hexabromocyclododecane and decabromodiphenyl ether) on sperm capacitation and acrosome reaction. Chlortetracycline immunofluorescent technique was used in order to analyze capacitation progress in selected time of incubation.
