The feedback theory is a quite advantageous tool in the process of description of complex systems' behaviour or the procedure of complex processes. We can characterize the complexity of the system from its structural properties when there is a large amount of bounds between many elements of system. We can also characterize the complexity of the system as its functional complexity when the current state of system is defined as a result of many self-consistent states originating during the evolution of the system. It can be said in most general words that the feedback theory (FBT) describes the behaviour of a system or a process when the current status is defined as a result of achieving the self-consistency of the main system parameters. The feedback theory is most fruitfully applied to the description of those complex systems for which, due to their statistical character it is impossible to construct the full physical-mathematical model with a simple solution, but for which it is easy to select statistical parameters of the system and define their connections with the system properties that are of our interest. This approach allows applying FBT to describe the evolution of complex systems in chemistry, physics, biology, sociology and economics.
