Three peptides - gliadin-19, gliadin-33 and PACAP-38 - with N-terminal 3,5-diiodotyrosyl residue were synthesized. Reductive deiodination of these peptides by tritium gas under catalysis with 10%Pd/C afforded tritium-labeled peptides with specific activities from 16 to 29 Ci/mmol.
