    Magnetic thermosensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) microspheres 3.6 μm in size were prepared by the inverse emulsion polymerization in paraffin oil in the presence of maghemite Magnetic PNIPAAm microspheres proved to be suitable for quick and convenient temperature-controlled isolation of DNA from probiotic dairy products at different temperatures.
