Sloučeniny obecného vzorce I, způsob jejich výroby a jejich použití pro léčení různých onemocnění CNS, zejména pro léčení neuropsychiatrických poruch souvisejících s dysbalancemi glutamátergního neuropřenašečového systému, následků ischemického poškození CNS, neurodegenerativních změn a poruch CNS, afektivní poruchy, deprese, PTSD a nemocí souvisejících se stresem, anxiety, schizofrenie a psychotické poruchy, bolesti, závislostí, roztroušené sklerózy, epilepsie, gliomů. Dále se řešení týká použití sloučenin obecného vzorce I pro výrobu veterinárního a humánního farmaceutického přípravku pro léčení výše uvedených nemocí a farmaceutických přípravků tyto sloučeniny obsahujících.

In the present invention, there are disclosed compounds of the general formula I, process for their preparation and their use for the treatment of various diseases of CNS, particularly for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders associated with disbalances of glutamatergic neurotransmission system, implications of ischemic damage of CNS, neurodegenerative changes and disorders of CNS, affective disorder, depression, PTSD and diseases associated with stress, anxiety, schizophrenia and psychotic disorder, pain, addictions, sclerosis multiplex, epilepsy, glioms. The invention further relates to the use of the compounds of the general formula I for the preparation of a veterinary and human pharmaceutical composition intended for treating the above-indicated diseases and to pharmaceutical compositions in which these compounds are comprised.
