The work deals with application of artificial compressibility method to simulation of 3D unsteady incompressible flow. The URANS approach is used to model turbulence with two-equation SST and EARSM turbulence models. The numerical. method is the implicit dual time artificial compressibility method with spatial discretization done using the higher order upwind finite volume method. The simulation of synthetic impinging jet is presented as an example of forced unsteadiness. Further, as an example of self induced unsteadiness, the flow in perpendicular pipe junction is simulated and compared with measurement with satisfactory agreement.
