V monografiji rassmotreny geologičeskaja istorija Volyno-Podol'skoj plity, glubinnyje processy v zemnoj kore i verchnej mantiji regiona, rezul'taty izučenija i interpretaciji fizičeskich polej na jejo territoriji. Privedeny sejsmičeskije, geotermičeskije (v tom čisle paleogeotermičeskije), geoelektričeskije, gravitacionnyje i magnitnyje dannyje, informacija o sostave i vozraste magmatičeskich porod, sovremennych dviženijach, poverchnosti, neftegazonosnosti, geoenergetičeskich resursach. Predstavlena schema evoljuciji tektonosfery plity ot dokembrija do sovremennosti.

The monograph deals with the geological history of Volyn-Podolian plate, deep-seated processes in the Earth crust and upper mantle of the region, results of studying and interpretation of physical fields in its territory. Seismic, geothermal (including paleogeothermal), geoelectrical, gravitation and magnetic data, in formation on the surface, oil and gas content, geoenergetic resources have been investigated. A scheme of evolution of the plate tectonosphere from Precambrian to the present time is given.
