V statje predstavlen meždunarodnyj projekt sinchronnogo elektromagnitnogo zondirovanija KIROVOGRAD, cel'ju kotorogo javljajetsa izučenije geoelektričeskoj struktury litosfery zapadnogo sklona Voroněžskogo kristalličeskogo massiva i prilegajuščich territorij Rossiji i Ukrainy s pomoščju sovremennych schem glubinnogo ploščadnogo zondirovanija, s jestestvennym vozbuždenijem polja, a takže geologo-geofizičeskogo analiza prirody vyjavlennych korovych anomalij elektroprovodnosti. V statje rassmatrivajetsa istorija, celi, zadači i organizacionnaja struktura projekta, primenennyje metodičeskije i techničeskije innovaciji, polučennyje na dannom etape rezultaty i perspektivy dalnějšich issledovanij. Predstavleny karty samych važnych invariantov magnitotelluričeskich i magnitovariacionnych peredatočnych operatorov v rajone ot Moskovskoj sineklizy do Dneprovsko-doneckoj vpadiny i ot Belorusskoj granicy do železnoj dorogi Moskva-Char´kov.

This paper presents the international project KIROVOGRAD studying the geoelectrical structure of the western slope of the Voronezh Massive in Russia nad Ukraine by means of the advanced simultaneous deep electromagnetic sounding array with natural field excitation and geological and geophysical analysis of the nature of the revealed crustal conducting anomalies. We discuss the history, goals, tasks and organizing structure of the project, methodical and technological innovations applied, the achieved results and perspective plans. Maps of the most important invariants of magnetotelluric and magnetovariational transfer functions are presented in the area from the Moscow Syncline to the Dnepr-Doneck Trough and from Belorussian borders to the railway Moscow-Kharkov.
