Kapilární elektroforetické techniky nebo Ramanova spektroskopie byly využity při separaci popř. detekci a náslené identifikaci klinicky významných mikromycet.

Clinically significant fungi and yeast were separated and/or detected by capillary electrophoretic techniques or Raman spectroscopy, and subsequently identified. Their main advantages are short analysis time and non-destructiveness.
