Sovmestnoe proyavlenie poverkhnostnykh i objemnykh razmernykh effektov proanalizirovano na primere rosta kremnievykh nanoviskerov.
The joint influence of size effects, related to physicochemical processes occurring on the surface and in the volume of nanoobjects, on phase transitions is studied theoretically. Joint manifestation of the surface and volume size effects is analyzed by the example of the nanowhisker growth rate
