    Teoreticheski issledovano covmestnoe vliyanie razmernykh effektov, svyazannykh s fyziko-khimicheskimi protsessami, proiskhodyashchimi kak na poverkhnosti, tak i v objeme nanoobjektov, na realizuyischiesya v nikh fazovye prevrascheniya. Sovmestnoe proyavlenie poverkhnostnykh i objemnykh razmernykh effektov proanalizirovano na primere rosta kremnievykh nanoviskerov.
