Inhibin B as an heterodimeric protein, participating in the negative biological feedback to the FSH. Levels of inhibin B in serum and seminal plasma were studied by ELISA method (pathologic levels ≤ 400 pg/ml in serum and ≤ 600 pg/ml in seminal plasma). The acrosome state was evaluated by monoclonal antibodies Hs-8 and HS-14. Indirect immunofluorescence test was used (normal state 75% positive cells by HS-8, 86% by HS-14). Direct MAR test for sperm-agglutinating antibodies were used. Low levels of inhibin B together with the pathology of acrosome, and/or sperm-agglutinating antibodies are very important risk factor in pathogenesis of human sperm.
