    Teoreticheski issleduetsya vliyanie razmernykh effektov na fazovye perekhody kak na poverkhnosti, tak i b objeme nanoobjektov. Sovmestnoe vlyanie ukazzanykh effektov rassmatrivaetsya na primere prizvodstva kremnievnykh nanoviskerov. Pokazano, chto razmernye effekty, vliyayuschie na protsessy ispareniya-kondensatcii atomov kremniya na poverkhnosti nanorazmernoi kapli-katalizatora (rastvor zoloto-kremnii), i razmernye effekty, proyavlyayuschiesya pri nukleatsiyu kremniya v kaple-katalizatore, deistvuyut na skorosť rosta nanoviskera v protivopolozhnykh napravleniyakh.

    The influence of size effects on phase stransitions on the surface and in the volume of nanoobjects is investigated theoretically. The joint influence of mentioned effects on physicochemical processes in nanoobjects is illustrated by the example of the production of silicon nanowhiskers. It is shown that size effects affecting evaporation and condensation of silicon atoms on the surface of the nanoscale liquid droplet-catalyst (gold-silicon solution) and size effects that are manifested in silicon nucleation inside the droplet-catalyst act on the nanowhisker growth rate in opposite directions.
