Workshop pořádaný Kabinetem zdravotnického práva Ústavu státu a práva Akademie věd se zabýval otázkou informovaného souhlasu na rozhraní mezi bioetickým a právním pojetí. Tento interdisciplinární střet měl osvětlit jejich rozdíly a poukázat na nedostatky současné právní úpravy v České republice a koncepčně tyto nedostatky řešit.

The workshop held by the Section of Medical Law of the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences dealt with the issue of informed consent on the boundary between bioethical and legal conceptions. The purpose of this interdisciplinary conflict was to explain the aspects in which they differ, point out the weaknesses of the current legislation in the Czech Republic and solve these flaws conceptually.
