Autor v knize pojednává o náboženských a politických podmínkách v Českém království a příčinách, které vedly k přípravě a vypracování Dekretu kutnohorského. Podle autorky recenze kniha přináší neotřelé a netradiční názory na české univerzitní prostředí konce 14 a počátku 15. století a lze ji čtenářům vřele doporučit.

In his book, the author deals with religious and political conditions in the Kingdom of Bohemia and pays attention to the causes resulting in the preparation and elaboration of the Decree of Kutná Hora. In the reviewer´s view, the book presents original and unorthodox opinions of Czech university atmosphere at the end of the 14th and beginning of the 15th century and she would highly recommend it to the readers.
