Předkládaná studie si kladla za cíl podat výklad nejen o povaze holdingu, ale zejména o jeho mezinárodněprávní ochraně. Hodnocení úvah autora a závěrů studie je tématem recenze. Recenzent knihu hodnotí jako přínosnou.

The presented study´s aim was not only to explain the nature of a holding company, but also to discuss its international protection. The review focuses on the evaluation of the study´s author´s reflections and conclusions. The reviewer considers the book seminal.
