Příspěvek se zabývá vztahem mezi ochranou lidských práv a ochranou investic. Povinností státu je skloubit zájmy občanů a zahraničního investora, a chránit tak obě strany.

The contribution deals with the relationship between human rights protection and investment protection. The state´s duty is to harmonize interests of citizens with interests of foreign investors and thus to protect both sides.
