Seminář byly zaměřen na osobní podíl T. G. Masaryka a E. Beneše na budování vrcholných institucí nového státu, jejich vliv na personální politiku a vznik nových politických elit a mocenských center; zmíněn byl i osobní život politiků a vliv rodinných vazeb na politiku.
Seminar was focused on the personal share of Tomáš G. Masaryk and Edvard Beneš in the construction of the institutions and institutes which they headed, their involvement in personnel policy, construction of a power centre and new political elites. The personal lives of politicians and influence of family ties involved in policy were also mentioned.
