Kulatý stůl se zaměřil na postavení žen ve vědě. Soustředil se na diskusi zkušeností vědkyň. Panelistky – vesměs vědkyně různých generací - diskutovaly své dosavadní akademické dráhy, problematiku kombinování profesního a soukromého života a možnosti dalšího rozvoje svých vědeckých kariér. Diskuse se zároveň přenesla do obecnější roviny vztahu mezi genderem a vědou.

The round table concerned the position of women in science. Discussion concentrated on women scientists experiences in sciences. The panelists – altogether scientist of diverse generations – discussed their actual academic careers, work-life balance issues and possibilities of further development of their careers. The debate also take over the everyday experiences in science to more general level discussion on the relationship between gender and science.
