    We present methods for efficient 3D rendering of capillaries using confocal microscopy in combination with image analysis approach, demonstrated on capillary bed of placental villi and rat brain. Further, we present a novel approach to visualization of properties of capillary network in different organ regions by mapping different geometrical characteristics in large portions of capillary network. This approach is demonstrated on capillaries in different regions of rat brain
