The goal of the work was to study the electronic transport in the array of CdS nanopatricles. The experimental techniques used were the isothermal charge transient spectroscopy and the surface photovoltage method. Two basic phenomena were observed: strong nonlinearity of I-V characteristics and occurence of charging-discharging effect described by distribution of relaxation time or trapping states occurence.
