Keywords : corona discharge in water * bacteria * UV photolysis
Subject RIV: BL - Plasma and Gas Discharge Physics
Předneseno:NATO Advanced Research Workshop on "Plasma for bio-decontamination, medicine and food security",Jasná,15-18.3.2011,str.125-126; Decontamination of bacterial suspensions by a pulsed corona discharges generated in a liquid phase was investigated. The inactivation effect of the pulsed corona discharge was studied in dependence on the solution conductivity (200 and 500 μS/cm), on the type of microorganism and the pulse repetition frequency.
