Porovnání výsledků těhotenství (předčasné porody, nízká porodní hmotnost, vrozené vady) ve 4 městských částech Ostravy, lišících se mírou znečištění ovzduší (PM10, B[a]P). Vybraná skupina 1675 dětí narozených v letech 2001-2004 byla rozdělena do 4 skupin podle místa bydliště při narození. Výsledky naznačují rozdíly ve výskytu vrozených vad mezi jednotlivými částmi Ostravy.

Comparisons of pregnancy outcomes (preterm births, lower birth weight, congenital malformations) in mothers living in 4 urban areas of the Ostrava city with different levels of air pollution (PM10, B[a]P). The studied group of children (1675) were born in 2001-2004 were divided according to their residence at birth into 4 groups. The results suggest there are differences in the occurence of congenital malformations among different parts of the Ostrava city.
