Identifikace je stanovení hodnot veličin matematického modelu dynamické soustavy pomocí výsledků měření její odezvy. Některé metody diagnostiky a identifikace byly ověřeny a některé odvozeny i v ÚTAM AV ČR na velkých fyzikálních modelech, některé na skutečných konstrukcích.

The identification is a process which presents the characteristics of a structure. It uses the dynamic response of a structure due to an impulse by standard load. The response uses the forced vibration and the method can also estimate the fatigue life of a structure.The paper presents a summary of the experiments in a laboratory as well as in situ.
