    Ionic liquids 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (IL(Hex)) and 1-ethyl- 3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (IL(Et)) were used for preparation of ionic liquid membranes (ILM) by casting the mixture of IL(Hex) or IL(Et) and a 10% solution of Viton in acetone on a dish. Acetone was evaporated. The maximum IL contents allowing a sufficient mechanical strength were 80 and 75 wt%, respectively.
