In this study, capillary isoelectric focusing and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry were used for analysis of representative strains of four Agrobacterium species (A. tumefaciens, A. rhizogenes, A. vitis. and A. rubi). Obtained results confirm suitability of suggested analytical techniques for rapid and unambiguous identification of Agrobacterium species.
