The seminar had two main parts. In the first, Dr. Chari considered the countries in the world that have implemented lobbying laws, theoretically classified different regulatory environments, and situated the different countries within such environments. In the second section, he considered the impact of lobbying legislation on lobbyists, politicians and citizens.
