    Pig with diphyodont dentition is a suitable model organism for studying the initiation of successional tooth development. To analyze structural changes of dental lamina during development 3D computer-added analysis of a mandibule (E25, E30, E35, E45) was performed. To demonstrate any role of apoptosis during regression, TUNEL method was applied and proapoptotic molecules Fas and FasL were detected
