The fenotype of gb T lymphocytes isolated from different porcine tissues differs in the expression of CD25, CD11b and SWC1 molecules. Based on these observations, we have characterized the expression of mentioned molecules after in vitro stimulation by mitogenes. Degree of xpression of these markers differ on individual CD2/CD8 gb T cells subpopulations
