In this paper, we present a compact 6-channel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for detection of BpA. To detect BpA, the binding inhibition detection format was used. Detection of known concentrations of BpA was performed to establish a calibration curve in buffer. Then the sensor response to BpA-spiked waste water sample was determined with SPR method and the results were compared with ELISA results. Detection limit was determined to be 0.2 ng/mL (better by a factor of 50 than ELISA).
