    Isopolar non-isosteric phosphonate analogue of 3´-deoxy-3´,4´-didehydronucleoside 5´-phosphates was prepared and converted to diphosphoryl derivative. The obtained 5´-triphosphate analogue was checked as substrate for HCV RNA-dependent RNA polymerase.
