Předneseno na konf.: 24th Symposium on Plasma Physics and Technology,Prague, 14-17.06.2010, str.27: In this work the role of UV radiation in the bacterial inactivation caused by pulsed corona discharge in water was investigated in dependence on the solution conductivity (200 and 500 μS/cm) and on the type of microorganism. The research was closely focused on determination of inactivation of Eschericha coli (gram positive bacterium) and Enterococcus faecalis (gram negative bacterium). It was suggested that gram negative bacteria are more sensitive to the effects of pulsed plasma discharges in water.
