Alzheimerova choroba je spojena s poruchami prostorové orientace a to od začátku svého vývoje, od stadia mírné kognitivní poruchy (MCI). V práci popisujeme dva nové testy prostorové orientace a předběžné výsledky. Nalezli jsme postižení u skupiny MCI v jednom z testů a to v částech s proměnnou pozicí cíle

Alzheimer’s disease is associated with the spatial navigation impairment from the beginning of its development, from the stage called mild cognitive impairment (MCI). In this study we describe two new spatial navigation tests and preliminary results. We found impairment in the MCI patients in one of the tests, in the part with variable goal location
