The aim of this contribution is to show invariantness of transient elongational viscosity with respect to the samples applied within a sufficiently broad region of aspect ratios (width/length) and thickness. Moreover there is shown the possibility of removing the fixing clamps. This result – if material provides this possibility – in better manipulation with the samples especially what concerns acceleration of the whole measurement process and better temperature control.
