předneseno na konf.:Solid state chemistry 2010,10.-15.09.2010,Prague:The goal of this study is to examine a photocatalytic activity of coatings produced by Atmospheric Plasma Spraying (APS). The plasma gun used is conventional gas-stabilized type using Ar - H2 mixture as the working gas. The Al2O3-TiO2 powders are based on nanometric particles agglomerated to mean size of about 40 µm, suitable for spraying. Composition of these commercial powders is 13 wt% of TiO2 in Al2O3. The feedstock materials are composed of -alumina and anatase titanium dioxide. The coatings are analyzed by optical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion probe (EDS) and X-ray diffraction. Kinetics of the photocatalytic degradation of acetone is measured on sprayed coatings by using a self-designed photoreactor.
