BlakerCI is an R extension software package designed for the calculation of the Blaker's binomial confidence limits. It outperforms clearly the original Blaker's algorithm as regards both accuracy and speed, and it is also much faster than the comparably accurate algorithm implemented in the exactci package by M. P. Fay.

BlakerCI je rozšiřující softwarový balíček v R určený pro výpočet Blakerových binomických konfidenčních mezí. Je výraznì lepší v přesnosti i rychlosti než původní Blakerův algoritmus a je také o mnoho rychlejší než srovnatelně přesný algoritmus implementovaný v balíčku exactci M. P. Faye.
