Na publikaci se podílejí čtyři autoři. Jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují pojmu a struktuře diplomacie, právním předpisům upravujícím diplomatické a konzulární právo, preventivní demokracii, a praxi diplomacie ve vztaku k EU. Podle autorky recenze kniha zaujme širokou čtenářskou obec zajímající se o mezinárodní vztahy a diplomacii.

Four authors participate in the compilation of this publication. Individual chapters deal with the concept and structure of democracy, legislation regulating diplomatic and consular law, precautionary democracy and the practice of democracy in relation to the EU. In the view of the author of the review, the book will attract attention of the general readership taking an interest in international relations and democracy.
