To get an insight into the modulation of cytokinins action by quantity of white light at proteomic level, we used 2-DE followed by image analysis and MALDI-TOF-TOF MS to compare changes in steady-state protein levels in Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings with increased content of endogenous cytokinins and decreased light intensities.
