The reviewed publication introduces the EU courts as living institutions whose work depends on an interaction of particular people and groups, on their synergy as well as conflicts. The book is appraised as extraordinarily inspiring on the methodological level, it is also very contributing from the point of view of the definition of other orientations of jurisprudence.
