We utilize approach of light biasing for the tandem quantum efficiency measurement to make one of the cells more conductive so that the photocurrent is limited by the not-light-biased subcell of the tandem. That method successfully removes the electrical influence of the second cell in the measured spectrum.
Pro měření tandemového solárního článku používáme metodu podsvětlení jednoho ze sub-článků, díky čemuž je měřený fotoproud limitován nepodsvětleným článkem. Tato metoda úspěšně odstraní elektrický vliv jednoho z sub-článku tandemu.
