CE-MS become to be an important technique in proteomics because of its good separation efficiency and short analysis time. The only drawback is the lack of sensitivity, that should be reduced using various concentration methods like transient isotachophoresis, solid phase microextraction or by selection of appropriate CE-MS interface. The influence of these techniques on the sensitivity improvement has been studied on standard as well as real samples.
