his paper describes novel method suitable for removal of non-ionic POE based detergents. Its feasibility and wide applicability was demonstrated on several different examples including mass spectrometric analysis of membrane proteins, new sample preparation in the isolation of lipid rafts and integration into fuly automated online LC setup employed in the analysis of H/D kinetics
