    Poster describes isolation and MS based characterization of lipid rafts isolated from activated human natural killer cell. The benefit of combination of various detergents as well as detailed monitoring of the protin abundances throughout the whole density gradient is shown. Results including protein lists are shown for NK cell line and pitfalls and plans for fresh NK cell experiments are described
