    This article reports on the synthesis, characterization and properties of a series of anthracene−containing poly(p-phenylene-ethynylene)-alt-poly(p-phenylene-vinylene)s (PPE−PPV) copolymers with general constitutional unit anthracene-ethylene-phenylene-vinylene denoted AnE-PV.
