Výzkum a umělecko-historické zpracování kostela sv. Juraja v Kostoľanoch pod Tribečom proběhlo v 60. letech minulého století. Práce, které probíhají od roku 2005, jsou vyvolané potřebou rekonstrukce stavby a přinášejí nové informace, nové interpretace a také nové otázky.

The survey and art historical assesment of the first building phase of St. George's church in Kostoľany pod Tribečom was made for the first time in the 1960s. The works that have been under way in the church since 2005 caused by the building reconstruction of the monument brought new information, new interpretation, as well as, new questions.
