A workshop was held at the Institute of Experimental Medicine, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, focusing on “Stem cells, glial cells, calcium signalling and career development”. The workshop featured lectures by leading Czech and foreign scientists working in the fields of stem cells and glial cells, practical laboratory sessions as well as career development advice focused on funding opportunities within the European Commission’s Marie Curie program for young researchers and post-docs.

V Ústavu experimentální medicíny AV ČR konal workshop se zaměřením na kmenové buňky, calcium signaling a budování kariery mladého vědeckého pracovníka. Přednášky byly doplněné praktickými laboratorními ukázkami a přednáškou na téma budování vědecké kariery a možnosti financování mladých vědeckých pracovníků v rámci programu evropské komise “Marie Curie program for young researchers and post-docs”.
