    An interaction of 47 nm radiation of EUV laser (pumped by capillary discharge) with PMMA is described. The surface modification by unfocused laser radiation is very small. Therefore, the multilayer ScSi spherical mirror was designed and manufactured. Due to off-axis imaging and long focal length the focal spot was relatively large. Nevertheless, even single laser pulse caused easily detectable ablation.

    Je popsána interakce 47 nm záření EUV laseru (pumpovaného kapilárním výbojem) s PMMA. Modifikace povrchu nefokusovaným laserovým zářením je velmi malá. Proto bylo navrženo a vyrobeno multivrstvé ScSi sférické zrcadlo. Díky mimosovému zobrazení a dlouhé ohniskové dálce byla ohnisková stopa relativně velká. Nicméně i jeden laserový puls způsobil detekovatelnou ablaci.
