    3. Using constant current chronopotentiometry with mercury electrodes electrocatalytic peak H can be obtained allowing stripping analysis of peptides and proteins at nanomolar concentrations. This procedure allowed detailed study of bovine serumalbumin denaturation and also pre-aggregation stages of alpha-synuclein aggregation. 4. The electrochemical study of DNA-protein interactions was reviewed.

    3. Při chronopotenciometrii konstantním proudem na rtuťových elektrodách dovoluje peak H analýzu peptidů a bílkovin v nanomolárních koncentracích. Tento postup dovolil detailní studii denaturace hovězího serumalbuminu a také pre-agregačních stadií agregace alfa-synukleinu. 4. Byly shrnuty poznatky o elektrochemickém sledování interakcí DNA s proteiny.
