In the present study we explored several regulatory pathways being involved in regulation CYP1B1, including NF-kB, cyclic AMP-response element binding protein (CREB) or MAPK in order to analyze their contribution to CYP1B1 regulation in rat liver epithelial cells.
V této práci se zabýváme různými mechanismy, jež se podílí na regulaci CYP1B1 v podmínkách zánětu, konkrétně NF-kB, proteinu vážícího se na cyklický AMP-responsivní element (CREB) nebo MAPK, abychom analyzovali jejich podíl na regulaci CYP1B1 v potkaních jaterních epiteliálních buňkách.
