    The aim of our work was to develop a procedure based on high concentrating potential of capillary isotachophoresis (CITP) with UV and MS detection for determination of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) in serum.

    Cílem práce bylo nalézt metodu založenou na vysokém koncentračním potenciálu kapilární isotachoforézy (CITP) s UV a MS hmotnostní detekcí pro stanovení 5-methyltetrahydrofolátu (5-MTHF) v séru.
